We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EPOS Depot. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a fair and simple return process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return products within 15 days of delivery if:
- Items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or activated software licenses
- Custom-built or special-order hardware
- Products showing signs of misuse or modification
3. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@eposdepot.com with your order number
- Wait for our team to issue a Return Authorisation (RMA)
- Send the item back at your expense to the address provided
4. Refunds
- Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Restocking fees may apply in some cases
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return postage
