We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EPOS Depot. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a fair and simple return process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 15 days of delivery if:

  • Items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or activated software licenses
  • Custom-built or special-order hardware
  • Products showing signs of misuse or modification

3. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at support@eposdepot.com with your order number
  • Wait for our team to issue a Return Authorisation (RMA)
  • Send the item back at your expense to the address provided

4. Refunds

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Restocking fees may apply in some cases

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return postage
