1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. For international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, Parcel Force, and UPS.
Delivery options include:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free shipping is available on orders over £100.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
6. Delivery Issues
